𝗣𝗮𝗹𝗺 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗮𝘄𝗮 𝘀𝗮 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗧𝘂𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻

Nagsagawa ng Palm Plantation Seminar and Training ang Kenram Palm Oil Industries, Inc. sa pakikipagtulungan sa Office of the Municipal Agriculturist (OMAg) ng Pamahalaang Lokal ng Tulunan sa Barangay Tuburan kahapon, Agosto 19, 2026.

Dinaluhan ito ng mga oil palm growers mula sa iba’t ibang bahagi ng bayan, na nagkaroon ng pagkakataong madagdagan ang kanilang kaalaman at kasanayan sa pangangalaga at pamamahala ng oil palm plantation.

Naging matagumpay ang aktibidad sa pangangasiwa ng mga kawani ng tanggapan ni Municipal Agriculturist April Joy S. Lines, RAgr.

Patuloy naman ang pakikipagtulungan ng pamunuan ni Mayor Lee Roy V. Villasor, CE sa iba’t ibang tanggapan, gayundin sa mga pampubliko at pribadong sektor, upang makapaghatid ng mga oportunidad at programang makatutulong sa kabuhayan at pag-unlad ng mga mamamayan ng Tulunan.

Namahagi ng iba’t ibang inorganic foliar fertilizers ang Lokal na Pamahalaan ng Tulunan sa pamamagitan ng Office of the Municipal Agriculturist (OMAg) sa mga magsasaka ng Barangay Lampagang, kahapon, Agosto 11, 2026.

Kasabay nito ang isinagawang Massive PCIC Application, NCFRS, RSBSA Enrolment/Updating, at Fish R Registration upang mas mapalawak ang access ng mga magsasaka at mangingisda sa mga programa, serbisyo, at suportang pang-agrikultura ng pamahalaan.

Sa pangunguna ni Agricultural Technologist Jay R T. Tacuyan, MPA, bilang kinatawan ni Municipal Agriculturist April Joy S. Lines, RAgr, kasama ang mga kawani ng OMAg, matagumpay na naisagawa ang aktibidad na ikinatuwa at ipinagpasalamat ng mga residente.

Bahagi ito ng patuloy na hangarin ng pamunuan ni Mayor Lee Roy V. Villasor, CE na mailapit ang mga programang pang-agrikultura sa mga komunidad at matiyak ang tuloy-tuloy na suporta sa mga magsasaka at mangingisda ng Tulunan tungo sa mas produktibo at matatag na kabuhayan.

Sa hangaring higit na masuportahan ang mga rubber planters sa bayan, isinagawa ngayong araw, Agosto 5, 2026, ang Ceremonial Distribution of Production Inputs ng Rubber Seedlings at Triple 14 para sa Tulunan United Rubber Planters Association mula sa Philippine Rubber Research Institute (PRRI).

Isinagawa ang seremonya sa tanggapan ni Municipal Agriculturist April Joy S. Lines, RAgr at pinangunahan ni Mayor Lee Roy V. Villasor, CE, na nagpahayag ng patuloy na suporta ng lokal na pamahalaan sa mga magsasaka at sa pagpapalakas ng sektor ng agrikultura sa Tulunan.

Buong suporta rin ang ipinahayag ni Sangguniang Bayan Member at Committee Chairman on Agriculture Jorlito L. Patrona, CSO President Ronel Acollador, at mga kinatawan mula sa PRRI sa pagsusulong ng mga programang makatutulong sa mga rubber growers.

Samantala, isinagawa naman kahapon, Agosto 4, 2026, ang pamamahagi ng iba't ibang fertilizers sa Barangay Maybula, na taos-pusong ipinagpasalamat ng mga residente at benepisyaryo.

Ang mga hakbang na ito ay patunay ng patuloy na pagsisikap ng pamunuan ni Mayor Villasor, katuwang ang OMAg at mga partner agencies, na mapalakas ang produksyon, kabuhayan, at sektor ng agrikultura para sa mga magsasaka ng Bagong Tulunan.

Nagsagawa ang Office of the Municipal Agriculturist (OMAg) ng Pamahalaang Lokal ng Tulunan ng Massive PCIC Application, RSBSA Enrollment/Updating, NCFRS Registration, at Fish-R Registration sa Barangay Nabundasan kahapon, Hulyo 31, 2026.

Kasabay nito, namahagi rin ang mga kawani ng OMAg ng iba't ibang forage crops sa Nabundasan Peace and Development Farmers Association sa ilalim ng AMIA Program ng Department of Agriculture. Kabilang sa ipinamahagi ang 2,000 piraso ng Napier, 75 mulberry, 75 trichantera, 50 fleminga, 25 rensoni, at 25 indigofera.

Ipinagpasalamat naman ng mga residente at benepisyaryo ang mga serbisyong inilapit sa kanilang barangay sa pamamagitan ng tanggapan ni Municipal Agriculturist April Joy S. Lines, RAgr, bilang patuloy na suporta sa hangarin ni Mayor Lee Roy V. Villasor, CE na mapaigting ang sektor ng agrikultura at mapalakas ang kabuhayan ng mga magsasaka sa Tulunan.

INTERNSHIP ALERT! 📣

The Department of Agriculture (DA)-National Organic Agriculture Program, in partnership with the DA - Agricultural Training Institute, is now accepting youth interns and farm partners applicants for the Youth Internship Program on Organic Agriculture (YIPOA) for FY 2027-2028 (Batch 5).

YIPOA is designed to instill and develop their appreciation and eagerness to organic agriculture and eventually adopt this practice as their source of income. Implemented through the Institute’s network of training centers, YIPOA is a 21-month internship program, consisting of:

a) 9-month on-farm internship with the chosen farm partner whose operation matches the proposed organic business/enterprise of the intern, and

b) a 12-month enterprise implementation.
