Today, November 3, 2022, we sadly announce the passing of our beloved Sangguniang Bayan Member Rostum Baquiran Binalay.

SB Binalay was a selfless and devoted public servant who had immensely contributed to the development of our municipality during his term as Punong Barangay of Brgy. Liwanag, Indigenous Peoples (IP) Representative, and Sangguniang Bayan Member of Tumauini. We deeply mourn his passing and we will forever cherish his memories.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to SB Binalay’s family and loved ones. May God’s comfort be with them in this difficult time.

Rest in peace, SB Rostum Baquiran Binalay. Maraming salamat sa iyo.
