As the sun sets on our final day of Oplan Kaluluwa 2025 Deployment, we reflect on a job well done. Our team from Tumauini Fire Station, through the direct leadership of our Municipal Fire Marshal, FSINSP BARON C MORALIT, has worked tirelessly alongside our partners to ensure public safety and order at the Public Market, National Highway, and Tumauini Public Cemetery.

Over the past few days, we've conducted emergency response and safety checks at the cemetery, provided assistance to motorists and travelers, distributed fire safety leaflets, and educated the public.

We extend our gratitude to our fellow responders and stakeholders, including the Local Government Unit of Tumauini, the Philippine National Police, the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, Rescue 811, The Fraternal Order of Eagles interns from HGB College, ISU-Cabagan, ISAP, and the public, for their cooperation and understanding.

Day 3 of Oplan Kaluluwa Deployment

Tumauini Fire Station, led by the expertise of FSINSP BARON C MORALIT, Municipal Fire Marshal, continues to demonstrate unwavering dedication to ensuring public safety on the road and conducting safety checks inside the cemetery. As we enter our third day of Oplan Kaluluwa Deployment at Public Market, National Highway and Tumauini Public Cemetery, we remain vigilant and proactive in preventing accidents and responding to emergencies.

During our deployment, our personnel extended compassionate service to the community by offering free blood pressure monitoring at the public cemetery. Amid the solemn observance of All Saints’ Day, our team ensured that visitors, especially the elderly and those with health concerns, received wellness checks. This initiative reflects our commitment to public safety and care, even in the most sacred spaces.

As Typhoon Paolo brought heavy rains and heightened flood risks to our province, Tumauini Fire Station led by FSINSP BARON C MORALIT, Municipal Fire Marshal, took swift and proactive measures to ensure community safety and operational readiness. Our personnel conducted continuous water level monitoring at the Tumauini Delfin Albano Bridge, a critical point for assessing potential overflow and issuing timely alerts to nearby barangays. This effort was vital in supporting local disaster risk reduction strategies and maintaining situational awareness throughout the storm.

In addition to field operations, FSUPT ANGEL S DIQUIATCO JR, Chief, Search and Rescue Unit, personally visited our station to conduct an inspection. The visit focused on verifying the completeness of personnel on duty and assessing the availability and functionality of all essential equipment required for emergency response. From rescue tools to communication gear, every item was checked to ensure that our team remains fully equipped and capable of responding to any eventuality.
