This suspension is intended to give our students, teachers, employees, and the entire Tungan-on community the opportunity to participate in and celebrate this special occasion with family, friends, and fellow Tungan-ons.

|REMINDER FOR ALL TUNGAN-ONS!

As we celebrate our upcoming Town Fiesta, we kindly remind everyone to observe proper parking and avoid parking along roads and areas that may obstruct the passage of vehicles.

Please keep roads and access routes clear. In case of fire, medical emergency, or any untoward incident, fire trucks, ambulances, and other emergency response vehicles need sufficient space to pass quickly.

Let us not allow improper parking to delay our responders when every second counts.

The Municipality of Tunga, through its dedicated partners, is currently conducting the FREE Castration and Anti-Rabies Vaccination Program for our beloved pets.

We encourage all responsible pet owners to take advantage of this opportunity to help protect the health of their dogs and cats, prevent the spread of rabies, and promote responsible pet ownership in our community.

Headed by 𝗠𝗿. 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻 𝗘𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗲𝗹 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗻, Municipal Treasurer, together with the Municipal Treasurer's Office (MTO) Staff, a Market Day inspection and calibration of weighing scales was conducted in the Municipality of Tunga.

The activity aimed to ensure that all weighing scales used by market vendors are accurate and properly calibrated, promoting fair trade and protecting both consumers and vendors through honest and transparent transactions.

This initiative also forms part of the Municipality's preparations for the upcoming Town Fiesta, as the local market anticipates increased business activity during the celebration.

The LGU Tunga remains committed to upholding integrity in public service and ensuring a fair, organized, and consumer-friendly marketplace for everyone.

The Municipality of Tunga proudly celebrates the successful approval of its 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗥𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻 (𝗟𝗣𝗧𝗥𝗣) 𝗖𝗬 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲–𝟮𝟬𝟯𝟬 marked by the issuance of a 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 (𝗦𝗡𝗢𝗖) 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗧𝗙𝗥𝗕.

Together with six (6) other municipalities in Eastern Visayas , Tunga is honored to have received this recognition, reflecting the Local Government Unit's commitment to sound planning and sustainable transportation development.

This achievement is the result of the collective efforts of the LGU of Tunga, partner agencies, and all stakeholders who contributed to the preparation of the LPTRP. Special recognition is given to the 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 (𝗠𝗣𝗗𝗢) , headed by 𝗠𝗣𝗗𝗖 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗿. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗼𝗻 𝗕. 𝗔𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗰 , whose leadership, technical expertise, and dedication, together with the hard work of the MPDO staff, played a vital role in the successful completion of this undertaking.
