The journey to becoming young leaders has officially begun!

Last August 16, 2026, the selected Municipal Junior Officials of Tupi gathered at the 3rd Floor Conference Room, Municipal Building, Tupi, South Cotabato, for an engaging and meaningful Junior Officials Orientation, Seminar, and Elections.

The activity introduced our young leaders to the roles and responsibilities of local government officials while giving them the opportunity to learn more about leadership, public service, and good governance.

More than just an orientation, it became a space for our young leaders to learn, connect, share ideas, and step forward as the next generation of public servants!

The excitement continued as the participants took part in the election of their respective Junior Official positions, marking the beginning of their meaningful journey in leadership and governance!

Congratulations to all our participating and newly elected Municipal Junior Officials! May this experience inspire you to lead with purpose, serve with heart, and become champions of positive change in our community.

As we celebrate Linggo ng Kabataan 2026, the Local Youth Development Office (LYDO), in partnership with the Sangguniang Kabataan Municipal Federation of Tupi, warmly invites everyoneβ€”especially our Catholic youthβ€”to join us in a Thanksgiving Mass tomorrow, August 12, 2026, at 5:00 PM at Sta. Teresita Parish. β›ͺ

Let us come together as one youth community to give thanks to God for His countless blessings, guidance, and love, especially for the gift of our young people who continue to inspire, serve, and make a difference in our community. ❀️

Ready to join and make a difference?
Here's what you need to know!

This initiative is designed to immerse the youth of the Municipality of Tupi in public service and community development in celebration of the Linggo ng Kabataan 2026. Here's how you can become a Tupi Junior Official:

SELECTION PHASE:

Eligibility:
| Open to all youth, in-school or out-of-school.
| Ages 13 to 17 years old.
| Must be a bonafide resident of Tupi.

Selection Process:
Application Submission:
| Address your application to the Municipal Mayor, Hon. Romeo S. Tamayo.
| Include an endorsement letter from your Sangguniang Kabataan Council.
Attach your Resume.
| Submit your documents at the Local Youth Development Office (beside Radyo Kahiusa), 2nd floor, Multi-purpose Building, Mun. hall compound, Tupi, South Cotabato.

Review of Application:
| The Local Youth Development Office Secretariat and Local Youth Development Council will review all applications.
| 20 applicants will be shortlisted for final selection and deliberation of the LYDO Personnel and selection team.

Final Selection:
| 13 successful applicants will be chosen to be part of the Tupi Junior Officials.
