We are deeply honored and humbled by the recognition extended to us by the Local Government Unit of Tuy following our recent achievement as one of the Ten Outstanding UN SDG Awards 2026 โ€“ SK for Partnerships awardees. This recognition is more than an accomplishment for Barangay Malibuโ€”it is a proud moment for the entire Municipality of Tuy and a reflection of what genuine collaboration and shared purpose can achieve.

Our heartfelt gratitude goes to our beloved Municipal Mayor, Hon. Jey Cerrado, together with the officials and employees of the Local Government Unit of Tuy, for your unwavering commitment to empowering the youth and creating opportunities for us to lead, serve, and make a meaningful impact in our communities.

The provision of gardening tools marks another step toward building our community gardenโ€”a shared space that promotes environmental stewardship, sustainability, and active youth participation.

At the same time, the provision of sports equipment supports our young athletes by giving them the resources they need to train, grow, and excel while fostering teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.

Taos-puso po kaming nagpapasalamat sa Sangguniang Bayan ng Tuy, sa pangunguna ng ating butihing Vice Mayor Randy Afable, kasama ang lahat ng ating mga Sangguniang Bayan Members, sa kanilang walang sawang suporta at pagkilala sa ating tagumpayโ€”mula bago kami umalis patungong Palawan hanggang sa aming ligtas na pagbabalik.

Maraming salamat din sa ating butihing SK Federation President, Hon. Ly-ann Angeline Avena, sa pagbabahagi ng aming natamong karangalan sa Sangguniang Bayan, at kay Konsehala Kim Mercado sa pagsusulong ng pagkakaloob ng isang Plaque of Recognition bilang pagkilala sa aming tagumpay.

Sila ang mga taong hindi nang-iwan mula umaga hanggang madaling-araw, mula sa bawat paghahanda hanggang sa huling araw ng ating liga. Mula 2023 hanggang 2026, sa bawat liga ng Sangguniang Kabataan ng Malibu, sila ang mga tahimik na kasama sa pagsalo ng pagod, stress, at responsibilidad.

Hindi man sila palaging nasa harap ng kamera o nabibigyan ng pagkilala, sila ang mga taong naging malaking bahagi ng tagumpay ng bawat liga ni SK. Kaya ngayon, sila naman ang nais naming bigyang-pugay at pasalamatan.

Mula sa buong Sangguniang Kabataan ng Malibu, taos-puso po kaming nagpapasalamat sa inyong oras, dedikasyon, at walang sawang suporta. Maraming salamat din sa lahat ng ating Barangay Functionaries, Hepe, sa ating mga Tanod, Lupon Members, at BHWs na naging katuwang namin sa matagumpay na pagsasagawa ng huling liga ng aming termino.

Dodo Mandanas, sa pagbibigay ng oras at pagkilala sa ating konseho bilang National Winner โ€“ TEN OUTSTANDING UN SDG AWARDS 2026 (SK for Partnership) sa pamamagitan ng isang Resolusyon na inihain at ipinasa ng ating butihing Bokal ng Unang Distrito, Hon. Armie Bausas, sa pakikipag-ugnayan ng ating butihing Konsehala, Hon. Kim Mercado. โœจ
