HERE ARE THE HIGHLIGHTS OF YESTERDAYโS CELEBRATION OF UBAYโS 179TH FOUNDING ANNIVERSARY!

Yesterday, Ubay came together as one to celebrate 179 years of history, heritage, progress, and serviceโnot only honoring how far we have come, but looking ahead to the brighter future we continue to build together.
At the heart of the celebration was Hon. Mayor Costantinoโs State of the Municipality Address (SOMA) 2026โa reflection on Ubayโs journey, the progress we have made, the challenges we continue to face, and the shared vision that will guide us toward a stronger and brighter future.
It was a moment to look back with gratitude, look around with pride, and look forward with renewed hope and determination.
