SYNOPSIS: Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Visayas, Mindanao, and Palawan.
Forecast Weather Conditions:
Visayas, Mindanao, and Palawan will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms caused by ICTZ. Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
Batanes and Cagayan will experience cloudy skies with rains caused by Northeasterly Windflow. Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms caused by localized thunderstorms. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Forecast Wind and Coastal Water Conditions:
Moderate to strong winds from northeast will prevail over the northern and eastern sections of Northern Luzon. Coastal waters will be moderate to rough / (2.5 to 4.0 meters)
Light to moderate winds from northeast to northwest will prevail over the rest of Luzon. Coastal waters will be slight to moderate / (0.6 to 2.5 meters).
