Ipinababatid sa lahat ng nangangailangan ng assistive device tulad ng:
โœ” wheelchair,
โœ” saklay,
โœ” walker,
โœ” tungkod,
โœ” hearing aid, at iba pa
na sila ay inaanyayahang magpatala sa Persons with Disability Affairs Office (PDAO).

Mangyaring magtungo sa nasabing tanggapan at magdala lamang ng PWD ID o anumang balidong pagkakakilanlan.

Para sa karagdagang impormasyon, maaaring makipag-ugnayan sa PDAO.

Bukas araw ng Sabado, December 20, 2025, bukas po ang aming opisina upang magbigay ng pangunahing serbisyo kaugnay sa gaganaping Kalinga Payout tulad ng sumusunod:

Pagsasaayos ng personal na dokumento (ID)
Iba pang katanungan kaugnay sa gaganaping payout

Magsisimula ang aming serbisyo mula 8:30 ng umaga hanggang 12:00 ng tanghali.

Hinihikayat ang lahat na asikasuhin ang inyong mga dokumento sa itinakdang oras.

December 9, 2025 โ€” Nuro, Upi, Maguindanao del Norte

A heartwarming moment took place during the Serbisyong Pangkalusugan: Medical and Dental Mission at the Municipal Gymnasium as the Ministry of Social Services and Development (MSSD) and the Persons with Disability Affairs Office (PDAO) turned over eight (8) wheelchairs to identified beneficiaries.

The wheelchairs were funded by the Office of MP Ramon A. Piang Sr., reflecting his unwavering support for persons with disabilities and his commitment to improving mobility and access to essential services.

The turnover was held alongside the medical and dental services provided to residents, making the event a meaningful day of care, compassion, and community support.

On December 2, 2025, the MSSDโ€“Center for Persons with Disabilities, a non-residential facility offering free skills training for Persons with Disabilities, conducted a Community Advocacy Session for Barangay PWD leaders at the Municipal Conference Hall.

The activity aimed to promote the centerโ€™s available training courses and strengthen the leadersโ€™ capacity to advocate for Persons with Disabilities empowerment. Barangay leaders were also encouraged to motivate their members to enroll in the programs to enhance their skills and support their personal development.

This initiative reflects the continued commitment of MSSD and LGU Upi to fostering an inclusive and empowered community for all.
