LOOK: Personnel of the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Pangasinan participated in the Continuing Learning Activities/Sessions for Human Resource Management Practitioners (CLASH) on the 2025 Rules on Administrative Cases in the Civil Service (RACCS) held on June 3–4, 2026 in the municipality of Rosales.

Under the leadership of Provincial Agrarian Reform Program Officer II (PARPO II) Charlotte Lasmarias and PARPO I Reymond Niño Yu, DAR Pangasinan delegates enhanced their understanding of administrative discipline, disciplinary and non-disciplinary case procedures, administrative offenses and penalties, and relevant decided cases.

The activity featured lectures from Civil Service Commission (CSC) Region I resource speakers Attorney V Atty. Charisma M. Agbayani-De Guzman and Special Investigator III Atty. Veronica T. Tamoria, who discussed key processes involving complaints, investigations, appointments, correction of personal information, extension of service, and available remedies under the RACCS. /JMSA (Photos: Engr. TINGNAN: Bilang bahagi ng patuloy na pagsisikap na mailapit ang mga serbisyo ng pamahalaan sa mga Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs), nagsagawa ang Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Pangasinan ng serye ng pagsasanay para sa mga miyembro ng Pita Farmers Association, Inc. sa Brgy. Pita, Infanta, Pangasinan.

IN PHOTOS: In line with efforts to strengthen support services for Agrarian Reform Beneficiary Organizations (ARBOs), the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Pangasinan, in partnership with the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) Region 1, conducted a two-day Seminar-Workshop on Cooperative Orientation and CDA Online Services at Ciudad Fernandino, Urdaneta City, Pangasinan.

To further strengthen the capacity of DAR Area Coordinators from the Program Beneficiaries Development Division (PBDD), in assisting ARBOs and cooperatives, the workshop featured hands-on training on the Electronic Cooperative Registration Information System (E-COOPRIS), technical assistance for existing cooperatives, and orientation on the Cooperative Assessment Information System (CAIS).

These processes are essential in helping cooperatives comply with CDA requirements and secure their Certificate of Compliance (COC).
A total of 14 DAR Pangasinan personnel, led by Chief Agrarian Reform Program Officer (CARPO) Lorenza G. Sevilla, participated in the activity.

The seminar-workshop was facilitated by the CDA Region I Training Team composed of Mylene M. Mazo, Senior Cooperative Development Specialist (CDS); Walter M. Mendoza, CDS II; and Rocelyn C. Banayat, CDS II.

The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Pangasinan Legal Division successfully conducted its legal activity from May 26 and 28, 2026, at The First Islatel in Alaminos City, Pangasinan.

With the goal of streamlining workflows and reinforcing agrarian justice, the intensive sessions focused on crucial agrarian legal procedures, including: Land Transfer Actions and the streamlining of DAR Clearance issuances;Guidelines on Land Use Conversion and ALI (Agrarian Law Implementation) Rules; and An Open Forum dedicated to addressing pressing operational concerns and legal bottlenecks within the division.

Through collaborative discussions, DAR Pangasinan continues to sharpen its legal mechanisms to better serve our agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs) and stakeholders across the province.

IN PHOTOS: The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Pangasinan extends its heartfelt appreciation to four retiring personnel who dedicated decades of committed public service through a meaningful send-off ceremony held at the SPLIT Conference Room.

Honored during the ceremony were:
• Luzviminda C. Balodong, Senior Agrarian Reform Program Technologist — 36 years of service
• Ma. Teresa P. Soriano, Administrative Officer III — 43 years of service
• Dolores C. Tendero, Agrarian Reform Program Officer II — 31 years of service
• Maria Luisa P. Untalan, Agrarian Reform Program Officer I — 42 years of service

DAR Pangasinan holds oathtaking ceremony for newly promoted personnel

Earlier today, two newly promoted personnel of the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Pangasinan formally took their oath for their new positions during an oathtaking ceremony attended by regional and provincial officials of the agency.

The promoted personnel are Atty. Dolores R. Nulian, newly appointed Agrarian Reform Program Officer II of DAR Regional Office I, and Ms. Zarena Ann D. Amado, newly promoted Administrative Officer IV of DAR Pangasinan.

Prior to her promotion, Atty. Nulian served as RCT-Legal Officer and Attorney III under Contract of Service (COS) for one year and two months. Meanwhile, Ms. Amado rendered five years and eight months of dedicated service in the office, including two years as Agrarian Reform Program Technologist (ARPT) and three years as Agrarian Reform Program Officer I. During this period, she also served as the designated Provincial Information Officer of the office.

The oathtaking ceremony was administered by DAR Region I Regional Director Maria Ana B. Francisco, CESO III, together with OIC-ARDA Engr. Nestor Pagaduan, PARPO II Charlotte Lasmarias, PARPO I Reymond Niño Yu, PARAD Jedidiah Martin M. Lauraya, and other officials of the office.

DAR Pangasinan extends its warm congratulations to the newly promoted personnel and wishes them continued success in public service.

Sa paggunita ng Philippine National Flag Day, muling pinagtitibay ng DAR ang pagmamahal sa bayan at pagkakaisa bilang mga Pilipino.

Ginugunita ang araw na ito bilang pag-alala sa unang pagwagayway ng watawat ng Pilipinas matapos ang tagumpay sa Labanan sa Alapan noong 1898. Bahagi ito ng “National Flag Days” mula Mayo 28 hanggang Hunyo 12, kasabay ng pagdiriwang ng Araw ng Kalayaan.

Nawa’y magsilbing simbolo ang ating pambansang watawat ng katatagan, sakripisyo, at kabayanihang Pilipino tungo sa mas maunlad at makatarungang lipunan para sa lahat.
