The City Government of Urdaneta, together with the people of Urdaneta, extends its warmest welcome to His Excellency, Most Rev. Nick A. Vaquilar, D.D., as the 4th Bishop of the Diocese of Urdaneta.

We are honored to witness this historic occasion—the Canonical Possession and Solemn Installation of our new bishop, a moment of faith, unity, and hope for our local Church and community.

Our heartfelt gratitude also goes to His Grace, Most Rev. Charles John Brown, D.D., Apostolic Nuncio to the Philippines, for serving as the Installing Prelate during this sacred celebration.
