Teamwork in Action 🤝

October 15, 2025 — The DARMO USON-3, led by OIC-MARPO Chester D. Caro with ARPT Ma. Maegan V. Tepait, and Technical Support Staff Reymart A. Trongcoso and Jowelyn B. Amor, in coordination with the Field Validation Team headed by Atty. Bacolod, successfully held a pulong-pulong at Brgy. Nabuhay, Uson, Masbate.

The activity focused on the validation of landholdings and verification of Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) under the SPLIT Project. This activity also aims to ensure accuracy, transparency, and integrity in the land distribution process, giving rightful recognition to qualified beneficiaries.

Together with the community and stakeholders, we continue to move forward toward a fair, transparent, and empowered farming sector.

October 15, 2025 — The DARMO USON-3, led by OIC-MARPO Chester D. Caro with ARPT Ma. Maegan V. Tepait, and Technical Support Staff Reymart A. Trongcoso and Jowelyn B. Advancing land reform efforts: The SPLIT Project continues in Uson, Masbate!

On September 18, 2025, DARMO Uson 3 personnel, headed by OIC-MARPO Chester Caro, together with ARPT Ma. Maegan V. Tepait and Technical Support Staff Reymart A. Trongcoso and Jowelyn B. Amor, conducted a subdivision survey under the SPLIT Project on the landholding of Pacita S. Abejuela et al., covered by Title No. T-4163, Lot 2947, with a total area of 17.7588 hectares, located in Brgy. Candelaria, Uson, Masbate.

The SPLIT Project is more than just a program, it is a promise of hope for Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries. By granting individual land titles, it gives farmers not only stronger tenure security and clearer property rights, but also the confidence to build a better future for their families.

On September 17, 2025, DARMO Uson 3 personnel, headed by OIC-MARPO Chester Caro, conducted a subdivision survey under the SPLIT Project on the landholdings of:

Armando T. Fernandez, et al. (Title No. T-1414, Lot 2169-A) with a total area of 4.8718 hectares

Elena A. Panillos, et al. (Title No. T-1409, Lot 2169-D) with a total area of 4.5609 hectares

Both landholdings are located in Brgy. Campana, Uson, Masbate.

The Support to Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling (SPLIT) Project ensures that Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) receive individual land titles, providing them with stronger tenure security, clearer property rights, and access to government support services and credit facilities. This initiative empowers farmers to maximize their land, reduce disputes, and improve their livelihood for sustainable rural development. 🌱👩‍🌾

On September 17, 2025, DARMO Uson 3 personnel, headed by OIC-MARPO Chester Caro, conducted a subdivision survey under the SPLIT Project on the landholding of Tessie Baumgartner, et al., covered by Title No. T-4856, Lot 2986, with a total area of 9.9591 hectares, located in Brgy. Candelaria, Uson, Masbate.

The SPLIT Project seeks to grant Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) their own land titles, giving them stronger land security, well-defined property rights, and wider access to government programs and support. By securing individual ownership, farmers are empowered to manage their land more effectively, minimize conflicts, and enhance their livelihood toward sustainable rural growth.

Christian Ygot, conducted Joint Field Investigation on the landholding of Heirs of Pedro Tepait, covering an area of 8.4623 hectares located at Barangay Candelaria, Uson, Masbate.

This activity aims to validate and inventory landholdings' crops and improvements for proper valuation of the lots by the Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP).
