COLLAPSED STRUCTURE SEARCH AND RESCUE ORIENTATION, CONFINED SPACE RESCUE AND ASCENDING TECHNIQUES TRAINING
Personnel of the Valencia City Fire Station, headed by FCINSP MA ANJELYN P PORNIA, City Fire Marshal, actively participated in the conduct of the opening program of the β€œCollapsed Structure Search and Rescue Orientation, Confined Space Rescue and Ascending Techniques Training.”
The activity featured FSUPT ROMEO L MIRANDA, Provincial Fire Marshal, as the keynote speaker, who emphasized the importance of enhancing the knowledge, skills, and operational readiness of emergency responders in dealing with complex rescue situations.
The activity was also participated in by personnel from from the Philippine National Police (PNP) and the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO), strengthening inter-agency coordination and cooperation in emergency and disaster response operations. The training aims to strengthen the preparedness and response capabilities of participating agencies and ensure that responders are equipped with the appropriate skills and techniques necessary to safely and effectively perform rescue operations.
