It was a great joy for us at Valencia City-Negosyo Center to attend and witness the Sitio Energization and Switching-on Ceremony of Upper Sitio Migtulod, Brgy. Mt. Nebo on May 14, 2026. We thank the the National Electrification Administration (NEA) for the 7Million+ grant from the Sitio Electrification Program (SEP) and the entire management of FIBECO, represented by Engr. Argel Selecios and team. This is a great milestone for the Mantala Talaandig community as they position themselves as a major player in the coffee industry.

We thank the ardent support of Mayor Amie G. Galario and Vice-Mayor Cecil Galario-Fernadez and the entire LGU-Valencia, Gov.
