📱 STUDENTS & PARENTS GUIDE | TAMANG PAGGAMIT NG CELLPHONE AT GADGETS SA ORAS NG KLASE
Mga EASTrongers at minamahal naming Parents/Guardians, paalala po tungkol sa responsible use of cellphones at iba pang portable electronic devices alinsunod sa DepEd Order No. 006, s. 2026 – Guidelines on Ensuring a Safe and Motivating Learning Environment (ESMLE).
Sa ilalim ng patakaran, hindi dapat gamitin ng learners at school personnel ang portable electronic devices during instructional periods, maliban kung kailangan para sa authorized academic purposes o sa isang emergency situation. Layunin nitong mapanatiling focused, safe, at learning-centered ang oras ng klase.
✅ Allowed lamang kapag:
• ginagamit para sa educational platforms, digital resources, o authorized learning activities; o
• may emergency gaya ng disaster, medical crisis, o immediate safety concern.
❌ Hindi dapat gamitin during instructional time para sa:
• personal chatting, scrolling, gaming, at social media browsing;
• entertainment o ibang non-academic content;
• unauthorized recording, uploading, o sharing ng photos, videos, o audio; at
• iba pang paggamit na walang kaugnayan sa authorized learning activity.
📌 Kapag may violation, ito ang sanctions para sa learners, subject to the minimum requirement of due process:
1st Offense
Temporary confiscation ng device at ibabalik sa end of the subject period. Ang incident ay idodokumento gamit ang prescribed Confiscation Slip.
2nd Offense
Temporary confiscation hanggang end of class hours for the school day, documented through the Confiscation Slip, at may formal notice sa parent/guardian.
3rd and Succeeding Offense
Ang device ay ide-deposit sa Office of the School Head/Administrator at idodokumento gamit ang Confiscation Slip at Call Slip. Ang device ay mare-release kapag kinuha ng parent/guardian, at proper disciplinary action shall likewise be imposed, consistent with due process and existing DepEd policies.
👨👩👧 Para sa Parents/Guardians: Tulungan natin ang ating mga anak na magkaroon ng responsible digital habits. Hangga't maaari, iwasan ang non-emergency calls at messages habang instructional period. Kapag may tunay na emergency, makipag-coordinate agad sa adviser o school office. DepEd also encourages parents and guardians to actively support responsible gadget use at home and school. 👩🎓👨🎓 Para sa Learners: Keep your gadget secure and unused during class unless authorized. Kung may emergency, magsabi agad sa teacher o adviser.
