Through the night, our Operations Team worked through floodwaters to assist residents and support emergency operations across the city. From rescuing flooded and stranded residents, setting up evacuation areas, and assisting vulnerable individuals, to providing medical transport for dialysis patients from ACE Hospital and Valenzuela Emergency Hospital, our flood-capable Disaster Response Vehicle fetched patients from the hospitals and brought them to a safe transfer point before they were transported home by our ambulance.

Despite the challenging conditions, our teams remained on the ground, continuously coordinating and responding wherever help was needed most.
