Sentillas, conducted a coordination meeting, as well as a brief reminder and follow-up regarding R.A. 9003, R.A. 8749, and City Ordinance No. 47, “Bawal ang Pagsusunog/Pagsisiga ng Kahit Anumang Uri ng Basura,” with the personnel of Barangays Canumay East, Canumay West, and Lingunan in line with the continuous campaign for fire prevention and environmental protection.

Personnel from Valenzuela Central Fire Station, Dalandanan Fire Sub-Station, and Canumay Fire Sub-Station conducted a Busted Hose Replacement Simulation Exercise (SIMEX) for thirteen (13) Criminology interns from Our Lady of Fatima University.

The interns actively participated in hands-on firefighting drills, including proper donning and doffing of PPE, hose roll and throw techniques, coupling connection, engine pump operation, busted hose replacement, and basic firefighting operations — enhancing their practical skills, teamwork, and emergency response readiness. 🚒🔥
