To All Residents of Barangay Tagbino
RE: SUPER TYPHOON INDAY (International Name: BAVI)
The Barangay Local Government Unit of Barangay Tagbino advises all residents to remain vigilant as Super Typhoon Inday (International Name: Bavi) continues to move toward the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR). Although the typhoon’s center is not expected to make landfall, it may enhance the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), bringing heavy rainfall, strong winds, and possible flooding and landslides.
📢 IMPORTANT ADVISORY
Residents living in flood-prone and landslide-prone areas are strongly encouraged to prepare for possible pre-emptive evacuation should weather conditions worsen or if advised by the Barangay DRRM Committee or the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO).
Please observe the following safety measures:
* Prepare an emergency go-bag containing food, drinking water, medicines, important documents, flashlights, batteries, and other essential items.
* Monitor official weather updates from PAGASA, the LGU, and the Barangay DRRM Committee.
* Secure your homes and outdoor belongings.
* Avoid crossing flooded roads, rivers, and creeks.
* Stay away from steep slopes and areas prone to landslides.
* Cooperate with barangay officials and immediately follow evacuation orders when issued.
The safety of every resident is our highest priority. Let us remain alert, prepared, and united as we face the possible effects of Super Typhoon Inday (Bavi).
