BFP CARAGA proudly honors 𝐅𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐉𝐔𝐋𝐈𝐔𝐒 𝐃𝐀𝐑𝐘𝐋 𝐌 𝐁𝐔𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐀𝐎, Provincial Fire Marshal of Surigao del Norte, for being named one of the Top 10 Commissioned Officer Finalists in the 2025 𝗧𝗲𝗻 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 (𝗧𝗢𝗙𝗙) — a prestigious recognition by the 𝘽𝙪𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙪 𝙤𝙛 𝙁𝙞𝙧𝙚 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 and 𝙎𝙈 𝙋𝙧𝙞𝙢𝙚 𝙃𝙤𝙡𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨, 𝙄𝙣𝙘.

Chosen from an exceptional lineup of firefighters nationwide, the Top 20 Finalists—comprising 10 Commissioned Officers and 10 Non-Commissioned Officers—will proceed to their final interview on November 17, 2025, with the awarding ceremony scheduled for December 4, 2025.
