Acedillo, Victoria, Northern Samar.

WHY : This activity focuses on giving importance to the first 1,000 days of childhood development through the monitoring of height and weight among children aged 0–59 months, aiming to detect and map malnutrition cases in the community. Such support underscores the PNP’s dedication to public safety, health advocacy, and strong community partnership.

MONDIGO, MAed, School Head, the RPSB participated in the Monday flag-raising ceremony at Acedillo Elementary School in Barangay Acedillo, Victoria Northern Samar.

This activity aims to foster a sense of national pride, unity among students, and to promote respect for the national flag and the values it represents. It also allows the R-PSB to interact with the pupils in a positive and influential manner, inspiring them to uphold the principles of patriotism and citizenship.

This is in connection with the activity of the church which was carried out through mutual cooperation with the RPSB Acedillo for logistical support. And also, the youth distributed a free snacks to children.

This activity aims to provide entertainment and promote positive values among children the barangay through the showing of age-appropriate and educational films. It is also intended to strengthen faith and provide a safe and wholesome recreational activity for the children.

NSPPO Strengthens Police Visibility in Schools Throughout the Province

The Northern Samar Police Provincial Office continues to intensify police presence in schools to help ensure the safety and security of learners, teachers, and school personnel. Through close coordination with school officials and other stakeholders, NSPPO remains steadfast in maintaining a safe, peaceful, and learning-friendly environment for every student.

We likewise call on parents, educators, and members of the community to remain active partners in promoting vigilance and cooperation. By working hand in hand, we can create safer schools where every learner can pursue their education with confidence, peace of mind, and a sense of security.

Ang kaligtasan at seguridad ng publiko ay nananatiling pangunahing prayoridad ng Police Regional Office 8 (PRO-8). Sa pamamagitan ng mas pinaigting na presensya ng kapulisan, tuloy-tuloy na pagpapatrolya, at mas matatag na pakikipag-ugnayan sa mga lokal na pamahalaan at iba pang katuwang sa komunidad, patuloy kaming kumikilos upang mapanatili ang kapayapaan at kaayusan sa buong Eastern Visayas at matiyak ang kaligtasan ng bawat mamamayan.

Hinihikayat din namin ang aktibong pakikilahok ng publiko sa pagpapanatili ng kapayapaan at kaayusan. Sa pamamagitan ng pagiging mapagmatyag, maagap na pag-uulat ng mga kahina-hinalang pangyayari, at pagtutulungan ng komunidad at kapulisan, mas mapipigilan natin ang krimen, mas mapapabilis ang pagtugon sa mga insidente, at masisiguro ang isang ligtas, mapayapa, at maunlad na rehiyon para sa lahat.
