IN PHOTOS ll R-PSB Libertad, led by PLT NORBEN D CARBONERA, Team Leader, under the direct supervision of PCOL GEORGE B BUYACAO JR., Acting Provincial Director of the Northern Samar Provincial Police Office (NSPPO), conducted the distribution of Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials within the vicinity of Brgy. Libertad, Victoria, Northern Samar.

The activity was carried out with the active participation of the R-PSB Libertad Auxiliary and Security Component, together with local residents, focusing on increasing awareness of the Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program (E-CLIP) and Executive Order No. 70, which institutionalizes the Whole-of-Nation Approach to end local communist armed conflict.

This initiative aims to enhance public understanding of the government’s peace-building programs and encourage community support in sustaining a secure and progressive environment. Moreover, it seeks to motivate members of insurgent groups to return to the fold of the law and avail themselves of the benefits provided under E-CLIP.

Through continuous community engagement and information dissemination, R-PSB Libertad reaffirms its commitment to fostering unity, resilience, and lasting peace in the community.

Libertad, Victoria, Northern Samar.

The activity was carried out as part of the unit’s continuing effort to extend assistance and compassion to community members during times of grief and hardship.

This activity was conducted in line with the Philippine National Police’s continuing commitment to strengthen police-community relations and to demonstrate compassion and support through simple acts of service and goodwill.

Libertad Multi-Purpose Hall, Victoria, Northern Samar. The activity was participated in by Barangay Officials, auxiliary personnel, and other stakeholders to promote patriotism, unity, and support for government programs and activities.

This activity shows the commitment of the Philippine National Police and partner agencies in fostering patriotism, solidarity, and cooperation among the community while honoring the significance of the National Flag as a symbol of national unity and pride.

The activity was carried out with the active participation of the R-PSB Libertad Auxiliary and Security Component alongside local residents. It focused on strengthening public awareness of Republic Act 9165, also known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

This initiative aims to educate the community—especially the youth—on the harmful effects of illegal drugs, promote preventive measures, and encourage collective action in maintaining a drug-free environment. Moreover, it reinforces community support for the government’s anti-illegal drug campaign and highlights the importance of vigilance and cooperation among residents.

Through continuous information dissemination and community engagement, R-PSB Libertad remains committed to fostering a safer and more informed barangay.

IN PHOTOS || The R-PSB Libertad Auxiliary and Security Team, led by PLT NORBEN D CARBONERA under the direct supervision of PCOL GEORGE B BUYACAO JR., Acting PD, NSPPO, successfully conducted a one-day training program for Barangay Peacekeeping Action Teams (BPATs) at the Multi-Purpose Hall in Barangay Libertad, Victoria, Northern Samar.

This activity was conducted to strengthen the knowledge, skills, and operational capabilities of Barangay Tanods in maintaining peace and order, ensuring public safety, and responding effectively to emergencies within the community. The training covered essential topics such as the rules, duties, and legal responsibilities of Barangay Tanods, Arnis self-defense techniques and skills enhancement, proper and lawful arresting procedures, and standard emergency and disaster response protocols. Through this activity, participants were equipped with practical knowledge and skills necessary to perform their duties efficiently and contribute to a safer and more secure community.

This initiative was conducted to strengthen collaboration among the Philippine National Police (PNP), Barangay Officials, the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), and other local stakeholders in promoting community-based peacekeeping efforts and fostering a safer and more secure environment for the residents of Barangay Libertad. The activity also aimed to enhance the competencies, awareness, and preparedness of Barangay Tanods by equipping them with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively carry out their mandated roles and responsibilities in maintaining peace, public safety, and order within the community.
