On March 9, 2026, the Victorias City Library, in partnership with the City Veterinary Office, marked the 67th Public Library Day with a special celebration held at Romana Elementary School. Despite the gentle rain falling throughout the event, our City Mayor, Abelardo Bantug III, graciously joined us to partake in the festivities and share in the joy of the occasion.
The day also doubled as a heartfelt celebration of Women’s Day. In a touching gesture of appreciation, Mayor Abelardo Bantug III personally presented beautiful flowers to all the women teachers present, as well as to the mothers and female parents who had come to support the activity. Their smiles brightened the venue even more, making the rainy day feel warm and meaningful for everyone involved.
