In view of the adjusted 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. work schedule from August 17 to 20, 2026, all officials and employees of the City Government of Victorias are advised that the Flag Raising Ceremony on Monday, August 17, 2026, will be held at 8:00 A.M. at Don Alejandro Acuña Yap Quiña Arts and Cultural Center.

ANNOUNCEMENT. Pursuant to Executive Order No. 26-29, Series of 2026 signed by Mayor Abelardo D. Bantug III, the City Government of Victorias will temporarily revert to an 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. work schedule from August 17 to 20, 2026.

This temporary change is in view of the Special Non-Working Holiday on August 21, 2026 (Ninoy Aquino Day).

The regular 7:30 A.M. to 6:30 P.M. work schedule will resume on August 24, 2026.
