Relative to 2025-017 issued on September 30, 2025, the Procurement Service-Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) issues this reminder to all procuring entities (PEs) about the decommissioning of the PhilGEPS 1.5, with February 28, 2026 as the last day of posting of new procurement opportunities.

𝗕𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, 𝗻𝗼 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗚𝗘𝗣𝗦 𝟭.𝟱; PEs shall only be allowed to use the system to close or complete procurement activities, and post awards and contracts for all procurement opportunities posted prior this deadline.

This development is in line with the transition to the full use of the modernized PhilGEPS anchored on the digitalization provisions of the New Government Procurement Act (NGPA).

LOOK: GOVERNMENT WORK SUSPENSION IN VICTORIAS CITY

Pursuant to Executive Order No. 25-46, s. 2025 issued by City Mayor Abelardo Bantug III, and in view of the impact of Tropical Depression Verbena, the City Government of Victorias hereby announces the suspension of government work today, 25 November 2025.

This precautionary measure is undertaken to ensure the safety and welfare of all government employees as the city prepares for possible heavy rains, strong winds, and flooding due to the tropical storm.

All departments and offices are advised to secure important documents, facilities, and equipment before the suspension takes effect.
