Moderate to Heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are expected over (EnriqueB.Magalona, BagoCity and Pulupandan) within the next 30 minutes to an hour.

The above conditions are being experienced in (BacolodCity, CityOfTalisay, SilayCity, CityOfVictorias, Manapla) which may persist within 1 to 2 hours and may affect nearby areas.

Pursuant to Executive Order No. 25-45, s. 2025, issued by Mayor Abelardo Bantug III and titled β€œAN EXECUTIVE ORDER SUSPENDING ALL CLASSES, BOTH PUBLIC AND PRIVATE, FROM KINDERGARTEN TO GRADE 12 AND THE ALTERNATIVE LEARNING SYSTEM (ALS) IN THE CITY OF VICTORIAS DUE TO THE ORANGE WARNING LEVEL DECLARED BY THE NEGROS OCCIDENTAL OPERATIONS CENTER AND THE ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS BROUGHT BY THE SHEAR LINE AND LOW PRESSURE AREA,” classes in the City of Victorias are hereby suspended from November 24-25, 2025.
