The City Government of Victorias, in partnership with the Philippine Statistics Authority, City Civil Registrar's Office, and the DSWD - City Operations Office, is bringing the "One Time, Big Time" National ID and Birth Registration program directly to the community.

This initiative aims to streamline essential documentation for all residents. Services will be available at the Victorias City Public Plaza on May 11, 12, and 13, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

We strongly encourage all 4Ps beneficiaries and qualified individuals from various sectors to take advantage of this opportunity. Please ensure you have your complete documentary requirements ready for a smooth and efficient processing experience.
