Five Incoming 4th-Year Students of Barangay XX Receive ₱20,000 Educational Assistance earlier today August 28,2026, Under the Bagong Pilipinas Barangay Presidential Scholars Program

Barangay XX Council headed by our Punong Barangay Hugo Tirambulo , extends its warmest congratulations to the five (5) Presidential Scholars who have been selected as beneficiaries of the Bagong Pilipinas Barangay Presidential Scholars Program under the Bawat Barangay Makikinabang (BBM) Program of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.

These scholars, all incoming 4th-year college students, were chosen to receive educational assistance through the program. As part of this initiative, each scholar will receive a ₱20,000.00 Finisher Fund to help support their educational needs and assist them in successfully completing their college education.

The Presidential Scholars of Barangay XX are:

1. JANE C. BACAYO (CSAV) BS Psychology
2. MA. TRISHA NICOLE O. PAGAD (CSAV) BS Psychology
3. CHRIS JHON A. DOLOROSA (CSAV) BS Criminology
4. MERCY ANN B. OCAG (CHMSU) Bachelor of Elementary Education
5. KYLA V. MALBAN (Riverside College, Inc.) BS Nursing

Through this initiative, a total of ₱100,000.00 in educational assistance has been awarded to the five scholars of Barangay XX.

May this financial assistance serve as an encouragement for our scholars to persevere in their studies and continue striving for academic excellence as they enter the final year of their respective degree programs. We are confident that they will make meaningful contributions to the community and the nation in the future.

📢 ADVOCACY FORUM ON JUVENILE JUSTICE, ANTI-TRAFFICKING, AND CHILD PROTECTION

Yesterday, August 27, 2026, Barangay XX successfully conducted an Advocacy Forum aimed at strengthening awareness and understanding of laws that safeguard the rights, welfare, and protection of children and vulnerable members of our community.

The forum highlighted the following important laws:

⚖️ Republic Act No. 9344 – Juvenile Justice and Welfare Act
🚫 Republic Act No. 9208 – Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act
🛡️ Republic Act No. 7610 – Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation, and Discrimination Act

Audit Inspection of Barangay Assets
August 14, 2026

On August 14, 2026, our Barangay had the honor of welcoming the Commission on Audit (COA) staff from the City of Victorias, Ms. Trixie and Ms. Kristine, who conducted the audit inspection of our two (2) barangay motorcycle with sidecar and CCTV system.

The Barangay XX Council, headed by our Punong Barangay Hugo Tirambulo , sincerely expresses our heartfelt gratitude to Ms. Trixie and Ms. Kristine for visiting our barangay and carrying out the audit process with professionalism and dedication.

The PhilHealth and YAKAP Registration Activity was successfully conducted earlier today August 12, 2026 in our barangay, bringing important government services closer to the people of Barangay XX.

The Barangay Council, headed by Punong Barangay Hugo Tirambulo , sincerely thanks the Office of the Vice Mayor, especially Vice Mayor Derek Palanca, for giving our constituents the opportunity to access the PhilHealth and YAKAP programs more conveniently within our community.

We are truly grateful for your continued support and commitment to making essential services more accessible to the people of Barangay XX.

We also sincerely thank our very own City Councilor Jappy Cuaycong for generously providing delicious arroz caldo and bread to everyone who attended the activity.

Ginapahanumdum ang tanan nga may PhilHealth Membership kag YAKAP Program nga iga-conduct sa aton Barangay sa Agosto 12, 2026 (Miyerkules), alas 8:00 sang aga tubtob alas 4:00 sang hapon, sa Barangay Covered Court.

Ini nga programa yara sa idalom sang Office of the Vice Mayor, Hon. Derek Palanca, sa pakig-partner sang PhilHealth Insurance, agud makahatag sang mas madali kag mas accessible nga serbisyo sa pagparehistro kag pag-update sang inyo PhilHealth membership.

Ginahangyo ang tanan nga wala pa narehistro ukon may kinahanglan nga i-update sa ila PhilHealth membership nga magkadto kag mag-avail sang sini nga serbisyo.

Salamat kag kitaay kita sa Agosto 12!

Second Day of the Regional Police Enhanced Community Immersion Program | August 7, 2026

Yesterday marked the second day of the Regional Police Enhanced Community Immersion Program at Barangay XX Hall, highlighted by a successful Clean-Up Drive activity conducted with our dedicated TUPAD workers.

The Barangay XX Council, headed by Punong Barangay Hugo Tirambulo , extends its heartfelt gratitude to the Regional Police for conducting their two-day Enhanced Community Immersion Program in our barangay. Your presence, dedication, and commitment to community service have made a meaningful impact on our community.

Successful Vicitizen Card Registration Activity

Our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who participated in today’s Vicitizen Card Registration Activity. We are truly grateful for the overwhelming support of our community, and we are happy to share that the activity was a great success, with a large number of residents successfully registering for their Vicitizen Cards.

The Barangay Council, headed by Punong Barangay Hugo Tirambulo together with the Barangay Council members and Barangay workers, extends our sincere appreciation to the City of Victorias, especially to Mayor Abelardo 'Junb' Bantug, the City Council, and the dedicated staff of the Treasurer’s Office, particularly Sir Jowe Formacion and Ma’am Anica Detoyato, and their team, for giving their time and effort to bring the registration services closer to our community.

Your commitment and support made this activity possible and convenient for our constituents. Thank you for your dedication to public service and for helping make government services more accessible to the people.
