ONGOING TESDA TRAINING
Driving NC III – Passenger Bus / Straight Truck

The Driving NC III – Passenger Bus/Straight Truck training is currently ongoing at the Evacuation and Command Center, Hda. Loreto, Brgy. 13, Victorias City.

This training program is implemented under the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and through the leadership of Hon. Cong. Javier Miguel L. Benitez, 3rd District Representative.

The program is facilitated by the PESO Office, headed by Ma’am Faith B. Bacucang, PhD, PESO Manager, in partnership with FAST Central College, Inc., as the training provider.

The training aims to equip the beneficiaries with the necessary knowledge, practical skills, and competencies in driving passenger buses and straight trucks, preparing them for employment and livelihood opportunities in the transportation sector.

The PESO continues to support the successful implementation of TESDA skills training programs, providing qualified beneficiaries with opportunities to develop skills that can contribute to their future employment and economic empowerment.

RELEASING OF FIRST 50% TRAINING ALLOWANCE

The releasing of the first 50% training allowance for the beneficiaries of Computer Systems Servicing (CSS) NC II and Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) NC II under the TESDA Training Program was conducted at the PESO Office, Admin Building 2 (Former Organic Market), Brgy. 4, Jover Street, Victorias City.

This training program is implemented under the leadership of Hon. Cong. Javier Miguel L. Benitez, 3rd District Representative, and facilitated through the PESO Office, headed by Ma’am Faith B. Bacucang, PhD, PESO Manager, in partnership with MDM Sagay College, Inc., as the training provider.

The release of the first 50% training allowance is part of the support provided to qualified trainees to help sustain their participation and successful completion of the TESDA skills training program.

The PESO Office remains committed to supporting skills development initiatives that provide beneficiaries with opportunities for employment, livelihood, and career advancement.

ORIENTATION AND FIRST DAY OF CLASS
Animal Production – Poultry Chicken NC II

The Orientation and First Day of Class for Animal Production – Poultry Chicken NC II was successfully conducted on October 7, 2026, at Hda. Estado, Brgy. 10, Victorias City, with the support of Barangay Captain Milagros Osano and the Barangay Officials.

This training is part of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Technical-Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Program, which aims to equip individuals with relevant skills, competencies, and qualifications for employment, livelihood, and entrepreneurship opportunities.

The program is implemented under the leadership of Hon. Cong. Javier Miguel L. Benitez, 3rd District Representative, and facilitated by the PESO Office, headed by Ma’am Faith B. Bacucang, PhD, PESO Manager, in partnership with MDM Sagay College, Inc., as the training provider.

During the orientation, participants were introduced to the training objectives, requirements, course competencies, and expectations for the Animal Production – Poultry Chicken NC II qualification. The training will provide hands-on knowledge and skills in poultry production and related agricultural activities, following the competency-based training approach of TESDA.

The PESO Office extends its appreciation to Barangay Captain Milagros Osano and the Barangay Officials of Brgy. 10 for their continued support in making this skills training program possible.

Through this TESDA training initiative, beneficiaries are given an opportunity to develop industry-relevant skills that can open doors to employment, livelihood, and entrepreneurial opportunities in the poultry production sector.
