๐โจ HALF-DAY DRUG AWARENESS LECTURE & VAWC AWARENESS ACTIVITY โจ๐
Knowledge is one of the strongest tools we have to protect ourselves, our families, and our community. ๐
Today, we had the opportunity to participate in a meaningful Half-Day Drug Awareness Lecture and Violence Against Women and Children (VAWC) Awareness Activity, an informative and eye-opening session that reminded us of the importance of making responsible choices, knowing our rights, and standing against harmful behaviors.
The Drug Awareness Lecture gave us a deeper understanding of the dangers and consequences of illegal drugs, as well as the importance of prevention, good decision-making, and surrounding ourselves with positive influences. It reminded us that staying away from drugs is not only about protecting our future, but also about protecting our health, relationships, education, and dreams. ๐ฑ
Alongside this, the VAWC awareness discussion emphasized the importance of respect, safety, dignity, and equality. We were reminded that violence and abuse should never be ignored or normalized, and that everyone deserves to live in an environment where they feel safe, valued, and respected.
More than just a lecture, this activity was an opportunity to learn, reflect, and become more aware of the responsibilities we have as members of our community. Every lesson we gained today can help us make better choices, recognize harmful situations, and encourage others to choose a life guided by respect, responsibility, and compassion.
May we carry these lessons beyond today not only in our words, but also in our actions. Let us continue to choose wisely, respect one another, speak up against violence, stay away from harmful substances, and help build a safer and healthier community for everyone. ๐๐
