TO REALIZE OUR VISION AND ACCOMPLISH OUR MISSION, WE WILL BE GUIDED BY THE FOLLOWING PRINCIPLES:
L - honest and responsive LEADERSHIP with a local government that is open and accessible to all, and accountable to the people that it serves. I - attract meaningful INVESTMENTS and build high-impact INFRASTRUCTURE. We encourage more businesses to invest in Villaba, to generate more jobs and income for our people and the municipality. We will build important public infrastructure to serve the needs of the people. T- transform Villaba into a TRANSPORTATION and TOURISM hub in Eastern Visayas. With the newly-built deep and large seaport and the opening of the Belen-Consuegra highway, Villaba will soon become the main shipping gateway between Cebu, Masbate, and Eastern Visayas. As a tourism hub: Villaba serve as the main gateway to the seven resorts and will become a historic destination being the location of Buga-Buga hills, the site of the fiercest battles in World War 2 and the last stronghold of the Japanese army. Work closely with our barangay leaders and various organizations in Villaba, to organize and empower our marginalized sectors: the farmers, the fisherfolks, the unemployed, the women, the elderly, the disabled, and out of school youths. Through grassroots empowerment and organization, our marginalized sectors can have access to livelihood, financial, and social benefits.
