Villasis, Pangasinan- July 21, 2026

The Municipal Government of Villasis, through the Municipal Agriculture Office, successfully distributed vegetable seeds to schools, barangays, and Farmers' Cooperatives and Associations during a program held at the Villasis Auditorium.

The vegetable seeds were provided through the assistance of the City Government of Makati to support the establishment of community and school gardens, promote food security, and encourage sustainable vegetable production.

The Municipal Agriculture Office expressed its gratitude to the City Government of Makati for its continued support in strengthening agricultural development and improving the livelihood and nutrition of local communities.

Earlier today, a successful Animal Medical Mission was conducted at the Villasis Public Auditorium through the efforts of the Municipal Government of Villasis, led by Mayor Libradita G. Abrenica, and sponsored by Abono Partylist and SINAG.

The activity provided free veterinary services including spaying, castration, anti-rabies vaccination, and free consultation for pets to promote responsible pet ownership and animal welfare in the community. Hundreds of pet owners from different barangays participated in the mission and availed of the free services offered by the veterinary team and volunteers.

Mayor Abrenica expressed her gratitude to Abono Partylist, SINAG, veterinarians, volunteers, and the Municipal Agriculture Office for their support and dedication in ensuring the success of the activity.

HYBRID AND RCEF DISTRIBUTION with BIO-FERTILIZER FOR WET SEASON 2026

May 13, 15, 18 - 2026 - The distribution of seeds with bio-fertilizer for the Wet Season was successfully conducted for qualified farmers in the municipality. The program aims to support farmers in achieving better crop growth and productivity this planting season.

Meanwhile, farmers who were not accommodated during the first batch are advised not to worry as a 2nd Batch of Distribution will be conducted soon. Further announcements regarding the schedule and requirements will be posted accordingly. 🌱

A successful anti-rabies vaccination drive was conducted at Brgy. Lipay to help protect our beloved pets and community from rabies. Thank you to all pet owners who participated and supported this important activity.

𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗶-𝗥𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗩𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗕𝗿𝗴𝘆. 𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗮𝘀

𝘈𝘱𝘳𝘪𝘭 7-8, 2026 - A two-day anti-rabies vaccination drive was successfully conducted in Barangay San Nicolas, Villasis, Pangasinan, aimed at protecting both residents and their pets from rabies. The activity was led by the Municipal Agriculture Office in coordination with the Barangay Captain and Councils of San Nicolas, providing free vaccinations to dogs and cats within the community.

Other barangays are also scheduled for upcoming vaccination drives as part of the municipality’s continuous effort to strengthen rabies prevention efforts.
