Villa Doña Rosita A family oriented business that caters to the local residents with a very affordable price. The res It was established with two goals.

Villa Doña Rosita was named after the Matriarch of the Quinsay family in Barrio Labit, Villasis Pangasinan. To provide a low cost recreational area to the local residents and to use as much indigenous renewable native products in its construction in order to make it as eco-friendly as possible. It has grown to offer a variety of activities and will continue to upgrade its facilities as a testimony to the hard working members of the clan.
