𝐕𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐩𝐨𝐫, 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐧 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭, 𝐀𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐚𝐧 𝐝𝐞𝐥 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐞 | 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 21, 2026 – 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐄𝐝 𝐀𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐚𝐧 𝐝𝐞𝐥 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐞 successfully conducted the 𝐓𝐮𝐫𝐧-𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞 (𝐋𝐂𝐒) 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐭 𝐕𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐩𝐨𝐫 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥, marking another step in providing safe and quality learning spaces for learners in the division.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞 (𝐋𝐂𝐒) is a DepEd infrastructure program that provides immediate, safe, and functional classrooms for schools that have lost or have limited classroom capacity due to disasters or other urgent circumstances. The program ensures that teaching and learning continue while permanent school buildings are being planned or constructed.

The project, 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐎𝐧𝐞 (1) 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭 𝐒𝐥𝐚𝐛-𝐨𝐧-𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞 (𝐒𝐎𝐆) 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐓𝐨𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐭 (12.80𝐦 × 8.50𝐦) – 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞 (𝐋𝐂𝐒) 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 – 𝐕𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐩𝐨𝐫 𝐍𝐇𝐒, was funded under the 𝐂𝐘 2026 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐜 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐝 (𝐁𝐄𝐅𝐅) of the Department of Education. The project was implemented by DepEd Agusan del Norte and constructed by 𝐉𝐄𝐂𝐊𝐌 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲.

The ceremony was led by 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬 𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐉𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐞 𝐋. 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐨, 𝐂𝐄𝐒𝐎 𝐕, who encouraged the school community to value and protect the new classroom so that it will continue to benefit learners for many years. 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬 𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐇𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐃.𝐍. 𝐌𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐠, 𝐂𝐄𝐒𝐎 𝐕𝐈 reminded learners, teachers, and parents to keep the facility clean, orderly, and well-maintained for the next generation of students.

𝐒𝐆𝐎𝐃 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐟 𝐑𝐞𝐱𝐚𝐧 𝐎. 𝐁𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐨𝐥𝐨 also encouraged everyone to work together in preserving the new learning facility. 𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐚𝐡 𝐂. 𝐆𝐚𝐭𝐚, together with 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐄𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐕𝐢𝐫𝐠𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐨 𝐒. 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧 𝐉𝐫. 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐫𝐰𝐢𝐧 𝐓𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐬𝐚, presented the 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 and emphasized the importance of quality infrastructure in supporting effective teaching and learning. The completed building was inspected by the 𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐉𝐨𝐞𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐭 𝐏𝐮𝐲𝐨 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐉𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐥 𝐒𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐑𝐑𝐌 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭.

Representing the 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐧, 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐯𝐚 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐚 𝐓𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐚 conveyed the local government's support for education and announced the commitment to sponsor the installation of floor tiles for the new classroom. 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐦 𝐂. 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐨 expressed his gratitude to DepEd officials and pledged the barangay's support in maintaining the new facility.

The ceremony was attended by learners, teachers, the GPTA, barangay officials, 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥 𝐈 𝐍𝐞𝐰𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐚 𝐄. 𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐨, and Division Office key officials, reflecting the strong partnership between DepEd and the local community in creating a better learning environment for every learner.

𝗕𝗥𝗜𝗚𝗔𝗗𝗔 𝗘𝗦𝗞𝗪𝗘𝗟𝗔 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 | 𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝟯 💚🏫

Day 3 of Brigada Eskwela 2026 was another successful day filled with service, collaboration, and meaningful visits from our valued stakeholders and partners.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the BFP Carmen personnel for generously volunteering their time and effort in helping prepare our school for the opening of classes. We also sincerely thank the volunteers from the NasCar District Seventh Day Adventist Association for joining us this afternoon and sharing their commitment to community service.

Today was also made more memorable with the visit of our fellow Co-SSLG Presidents, Ashley Gail Pajo and Althea Clerenz Abao, whose presence strengthened the bond among student leaders. We are likewise honored by the visit of our District Supervisor, Ma’am Sanoria, whose support and encouragement continue to inspire us in our efforts to serve our school community.

Behind every successful Brigada Eskwela activity is a dedicated team working tirelessly in the background. Special recognition goes to the SSLG Officers and volunteers who continuously manned committees, assisted stakeholders, monitored activities, documented every accomplishment, and ensured the smooth flow of the program throughout the day. Your hard work, dedication, and commitment to service truly embody the spirit of student leadership.

As we continue to work together, we remain guided by this year’s theme:

“Bayanihan sa Paaralan: Nagkakaisa Para sa Handa at Ligtas na Pagbabalik Eskwela.”

The Vinapor National High School community officially launched Brigada Eskwela 2026 with the theme, “Bayanihan sa Paaralan: Nagkakaisa Para sa Kaayusan at Kaalaman.”

This meaningful event brought together school leaders, teachers, learners, parents, stakeholders, and community partners in a shared commitment to prepare our school for another productive and successful academic year. Through unity, volunteerism, and cooperation, we continue to strengthen the spirit of bayanihan and create a safer, cleaner, and more conducive learning environment for every Vinaporian.

As we begin this week of service, we encourage everyone to take part and contribute in any way possible—through volunteer work, donations, or support for our school improvement efforts.

In preparation for the opening of classes for School Year 2026–2027, Vinapor National High School will conduct the 2026 Brigada Eskwela on June 1-6, 2026.

We are inviting our valued stakeholders, parents, alumni, and community volunteers to join us in building a safe, clean, green, and conducive learning environment for our learners.
