4Ps Graduation Ceremony 2026 🎓✨

It was a privilege to be part of the 4Ps Graduation Ceremony 2026. Witnessing our graduates successfully complete their journey as beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) was truly inspiring.

Their graduation marks not only the successful completion of the program but also the beginning of a new chapter filled with greater opportunities, hope, and self-reliance. Their perseverance and determination remind us that through hard work, resilience, and the right support, brighter futures are within reach.

Congratulations to all our 4Ps Graduates, their families, the DSWD, our local government partners, and everyone who contributed to this meaningful milestone. Today, I participated in a program organized by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) for solo parents. As a solo parent myself, I truly appreciate initiatives that recognize the strength and sacrifices of parents who continue to work hard for the future of their children.

As the Committee Chairman on Social Welfare and Community Development, I remain committed to advancing programs that promote the welfare and protection of solo parents in our community. I am also honored to have authored a local ordinance that aims to strengthen support and services for solo parents in the Municipality of Vintar, Ilocos Norte.

As chairperson of the Committee on Environment, the lead committee, with its members, SBM Chad Alviar, PPSK President Vincent Kyle Dalere together with the Committee on Zoning, with its Chairperson SBM John Agbayani, conducted ocular inspection on the quarry site applied for by a new quarry operator to assess the condition of the site prior to endorsement of a permit.

Also present during the site inspection were representatives from the MENRO, the Planning Office, the DPWH, and the Municipal Assessor's Office, as well as the quarry applicant and the Barangay Chairmen of Barangay Dipilat and Barangay Alsem.

This is to ensure strict compliance with various regulatory measures while observing the least environmental impact.
