We, the CWTS student trainees of CatSU NSTP would like to express our full gratitude to Governor Joseph C. Cua by donating an amount of ₱10,000.00 for our immersion project titled, "The Vital Equipment for Survival and Typhoon Initiative (The V.E.S.T. Initiative)."

Just about yesterday (May 29, 2023), our Class President, Mr. Mark Henry R. Aldea and Treasurer, Ms. Jean Tusi together with our Faculty-trainer, Mr. Mark Kenneth T. Miguel went to the Office of the Governor to receive the donation from the Executive Secretary, Mrs. Mary Joy Balbin-Subion.

Our project aims to provide survival kits and equipment which can help in promoting disaster preparedness of our beneficiaries from Barangay Pajo San Isidro. This can also encourage the youth to know and understand the importance of disaster risk reduction and preparedness to be able to overcome natural calamities, especially typhoon and flashfloods, in a way that human life and other properties will not be risked.

Again, thank you so much for this donation. We are now one step closer in achieving this project.
