As of today, April 8, 2026, here is the full record of SK Councils who have successfully paid their membership dues for the years 2024–2026 under SKMF Virac.

𝙋𝙪𝙧𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙈𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥 𝘿𝙪𝙚𝙨:

1. 𝙊𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙀𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙚𝙨
Membership dues fund basic needs of the federation such as:
• Meetings / Sessions (venue, food, materials)
• Communication and coordination (load, printing, documentation)
• Administrative costs

2. 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙢𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙟𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙨
They are used for the implementation of :
• Youth programs, projects, and activities (training, outreach, seminars)
• Federation-led initiatives

3. 𝙄𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙥𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 & 𝙁𝙡𝙚𝙭𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮
Dues allows the federation to:
• Act faster without always relying on municipal funds
• Implement minor projects or urgent activities immediately

4. 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙞𝙩𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 & 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣
Dues also serve as:
• A sign of active membership and responsibility
• A way to ensure members are engaged and accountable

This month, we stand in solidarity with LGBTQIA+ members, and non-binary friends — celebrating their strength, courage, and authenticity. Let us continue to uplift one another, break barriers, and build a more accepting and compassionate community.

In addition to celebrating our graduates, let us take a moment to recognize and commend the exceptional achievements of three of our SK Chairpersons, whose dedication, perseverance, and hard work have led them to successfully pass examinations this year. Their accomplishments are a testament to their determination not only as youth leaders, but as individuals committed to personal growth and public service.

The 𝙎𝙆𝙈𝙁 𝙑𝙞𝙧𝙖𝙘 is pleased to announce the successful distribution of school supplies to elementary pupils in preparation for the 2025-2026 school year, led by 𝙃𝙤𝙣. 𝙇𝙮𝙡𝙚 𝘽𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙤𝙣 𝘾𝙖𝙗𝙧𝙚𝙧𝙖 on June 6, 2025 at Marilima Elementary School.

The event was attended by the SK Chairpersons of Virac, members of the Committee on Education and Culture and Committee on Health, headed by 𝙃𝙤𝙣. 𝙆𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝘾𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙧𝙖 𝙏𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙡 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙃𝙤𝙣. 𝙇𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙮 𝘽𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙙𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙜, along with representatives from 𝙏𝙧𝙞𝙗𝙪 𝙆𝙖𝙖𝙠𝙖𝙥. We sincerely thank 𝙃𝙤𝙣. 𝘼𝙡𝙡𝙖𝙣 𝘽. 𝙈𝙖𝙨𝙖𝙜𝙘𝙖, Punong Barangay of Marilima, and 𝙈𝙧. 𝘼𝙡𝙚𝙭 𝙄. 𝙏𝙤𝙧𝙧𝙚𝙨, School Head of Marilima Elementary School, for their support in making the school supply distribution and supplementary feeding program successful.

We are also deeply grateful to the 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙇𝙤𝙘𝙖𝙡 𝙂𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝘾𝙖𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙪𝙖𝙣𝙚𝙨 for generously providing the school supplies, which made this event possible.
