A day of hope and healing this March—made even more meaningful as we celebrate Kidney Month 💙

Today marks a significant milestone with the turnover of two hemodialysis machines at Juan M. Alberto Memorial District Hospital—timely and impactful in strengthening our commitment to better kidney care for our people.

This generous donation, under the “Dr. Rotary Project: A Lifeline of Hope” of the Rotary Foundation, was made possible through the Rotary Club of Parañaque East and the Rotary Club of Asan, Republic of Korea. These life-saving machines bring renewed hope and improved access to care for dialysis patients in Catanduanes.

The blessing ceremony was officiated by Fr. Laudemer Jose A. Gapaz, adding a solemn and heartfelt touch to this special occasion.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Pres. Cesar V. Sarmiento of the Rotary Club of Parañaque East, our former congressman, for his unwavering commitment and continued service to Catandunganons. Alongside him were members of the Rotary Club of Parañaque East, as well as Mr. Kwon Choo Wol, President of the Rotary Club of Asan, Korea.

Also present were the Provincial Health Office headed by Dr. Hazel A. Palmes, EBMC COH Dr. Ma. Bessie Zafe, the dedicated staff of JMAMDH, and other valued guests who shared in this meaningful celebration.

Together, we celebrate partnerships that bring hope, healing, and life closer to our people—especially this Kidney Month. 💙
