✨ PROJECT HILOM | SUCCESSFUL COMMUNITY HEALING ACTIVITY ✨

On December 13, 2025, Project Hilom successfully delivered a meaningful community healing activity in District 3, San Miguel. The initiative provided essential psychosocial support and art therapy to children and their families affected by Typhoon Uwan, creating a safe space for children to recover and reconnect with one another.

The project was facilitated by the Junior Disaster Risk Reduction Advocate and Practitioners (JDRRAP), Sirang: Bicol Coalition of Youth Leaders - Catanduanes (SIBICO), and the Youth and Teen Volunteer Facilitators-Virac (YTVF)

This impactful event was executed with the collaborative support of key local partners, including the Local Youth Development Office (LYDO) of San Miguel, San Miguel Central Elementary School, PNP San Miguel, and the District III Barangay Council.

Our heartfelt gratitude goes to all our generous donors and supporters. This project would not have been possible without your unwavering kindness and trust. Thank you for transforming compassion into action and delivering tangible hope to the community. 💙🌿

🎉🇵🇭 Serving the Spirit of Kaaldawan nin Virac! 🤝

The Junior Disaster Risk Reduction Advocates and Practitioners (JDRRAP) proudly dedicated their service during the Laro ng Lahi 2025 at Virac Plaza! This vibrant cultural event is a central part of our grand Kaaldawan nin Virac celebration ation!

Our committed team stepped up to simply assist the main facilitators in running the traditional games. We were there lending our hands and energy to manage the flow, help organize the participants, and ensure all activities proceeded in a safe, smooth, and successful manner.

We are truly grateful for the opportunity to support our cultural celebration and play a role in this grand town event. This experience continues to nurture the vital spirit of teamwork, practical preparedness, and bayanihan within our youth advocates! 🌟

On December 13, 2025, the Junior Disaster Risk Reduction Advocate and Practitioners, Sirang: Bicol Coalition of Youth Leaders - Catanduanes , and Youth and Teen Volunteer Facilitators-Virac will be gathering in District 3, San Miguel, Catanduanes, to bring hope, connection, and emotional support to those affected — especially children and families rebuilding after the storm.
