Subject: Notice of Basketball/Volleyball Game Schedule Change (Including Chess)

Dear Players,

We regret to inform you that the scheduled basketball/Volleyball game Championship on [June 6, 2026] will be postponed due to the passing of Sister Hafsa. ‘’Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un” (Indeed, we belong to Allah, and indeed, to Him we shall return).
May Allah grant her the highest place in Jannah, forgive her shortcomings, and shower her with His mercy. Allahuma Ameen.

Out of respect for her and in consideration of the family, friends, and community members affected by this loss, we have decided to reschedule the game. We believe this is the most appropriate course of action during this difficult time.

The game will now be held on [June 13, 2016]. Further details regarding the venue and arrangements will remain unchanged unless otherwise announced.
