Yes po we can now register 1-4 years old. Ang requirements po is birth certificate and yung parent po must already bearing the PCN or already received his/her National ID po. Ang mangyayari po kasi sa ating registration ay under that PCN po muna ireregister ang 1-4 years old until kapag nag 5 years old is for recapturing po.

The Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) is a statistical activity led by the Philippine Statistics Authority that aims to gather information that will be significant in crafting projects and programs relative to the delivery of basic services and strengthening of social protection programs. CBMS also performs geotagging to locate the availability of educational, health, and other facilities, and identify the area/s of its strategic area construction.



Household Information: Refers to health and food security, education, employment, basic services and housing, community participation, disaster experience, and peace and order, among others.

Barangay and City/Municipality Information: Such as service delivery and other services, and projects of the government.

Geotagging of Basic Service Facilities: Such as health, education, and other service facilities that serve as references to the LGUs to easily identify which service facilities are needed by their locality.

Capacity Strengthening of LGUs: Training initiatives to LGUs on safeguarding CBMS data and properly utilizing the data in generating statistical tabulations and analysis to aid data-driven local planning.
