MUTI Integrated School Tightens Campus Security Amid Rising School Safety Concerns

On Tuesday, June 30, 2026 MUTI Integrated School (MIS) School Head Michael S. Amsani announced the stricter enforcement of existing security protocols at the school’s entrance to ensure the safety and protection of students, teachers, and staff. This initiative comes in response to recent reports of violent incidents in public schools across the country.

As part of these heightened measures, the school has implemented mandatory and thorough bag inspections at the entrance gate to prevent prohibited and dangerous items from being brought in the campus.

According to reports from national news outlets, recent school-related incidents have raised concerns among educators and parents, prompting schools to take proactive steps in strengthening campus security and student protection.

“Due to the recent incidents involving students in various public schools, our security personnel will strictly enforce inspection procedures at the entrance gate as discussed during our orientation,” Amsani stated in an official message to faculty members.

In line with these strengthened security measures, teachers at MUTI Integrated School have also been advised to closely monitor student attendance and maintain regular classroom supervision to prevent any untoward incidents during school hours and to further promote a safe learning environment.
