📢 EXTENDED COLLEGE ADMISSION TEST

The ZSCMST Admission Office will conduct a Four-Day Special Extended Entrance Examination to accommodate walk-in applicants and rescheduled examinees who were unable to take the examination during the regular schedule.

Examination Dates:
📍 June 1, 3, 9, & 11, 2026

Morning Session
• 125 Walk-in Applicants (non-online registrants)

Afternoon Session
• 125 Rescheduled Applicants (with existing online application)

Note: Limited slots only. First come, first served basis.

Bring the Following:
• 2 pcs. 2×2 Picture
• Photocopy of SHS Report Card
• Photocopy of Good Moral Certificate
• Photocopy of Birth Certificate

Due to the extreme heat index forecast by PAGASA, and in line with CHED Memorandum Circular Nos. 117 and 114, s. 2026, as well as Executive Order No. 110, s. 2026, ZSCMST will implement a revised class and work arrangement effective April 13, 2026.

The following class arrangements shall be strictly observed.

Please be guided accordingly.
