The Public Employment Service Office (PESO) participated in the School Kit Distribution Year 3 program of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Lunzuran, held August 1, 2026 (Saturday) at the Barangay Session Hall, Lunzuran, Zamboanga City where PESO had the opportunity to engage with young learners through the "DREAM. DISCOVER. DECIDE." session.

The activity aimed to inspire students to dream big, discover their unique talents and interests, and make informed decisions about their educational and career paths.

The Public Employment Service Office (PESO), in partnership with the Learning to Earning Pathways (LEaP!) Programme of the Ateneo Learning and Teaching Excellence Center (AdZU-ALTEC) and UNICEF Philippines, successfully conducted the Career Development Program in Barangay Ayala on July 25, 2026 (Saturday) bringing career guidance and work readiness initiatives closer to the community.

Through this outreach initiative, PESO continues to strengthen its commitment to empowering young people and community members by making career development services more accessible at the barangay level, helping them build the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to succeed in the world of work.

The activity provided participants with valuable insights on career planning, job application preparation, resume writing, interview techniques, and other essential employability skills to help them prepare for future employment opportunities.
