The Barangay Council of Patalon informs all qualified beneficiaries on the list that the UPLIFT AYUDA Cash Assistance Payout will be conducted as follows:

🗓️ WHAT: UPLIFT AYUDA Payout

🕘 TIME: 9:00 A.M. onwards
📍 VENUE: Labuan Covered Court

📌 IMPORTANT REMINDERS FOR ALL BENEFICIARIES

All listed beneficiaries are required to bring one (1) photocopy (xerox) of any of the following valid identification documents:

✅ PhilSys ID / National ID (Preferred)
If your physical PhilSys ID is not yet available, you may present a printed copy downloaded from the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA).

OR

• Photocopy of your EBT Card
• Voter's ID or Voter's Certificate
• SSS ID
• Driver's License

❌ Barangay ID is NOT accepted during the payout.

⚠️ PERSONAL APPEARANCE IS STRICTLY REQUIRED

Representatives, proxies, or any second person will NOT be allowed to claim the cash assistance. Since this involves the release of cash, the beneficiary must personally appear and present the required identification documents for verification.
