Veterinary Quarantine Services - ZamPen The VQS - Region IX (ZamPen) is one of the stations under the NVQSD of the Bureau of Animal Industry.

The Department of Agriculture’s Bureau of Animal Industry - National Veterinary Quarantine Services Division (BAI-NVQSD) ensures that only safe commodities that is free from transboundary animal diseases enter the Philippines. To all our valued shippers!

Please be informed that the Online Local Shipping Permit Issuance System (OLSPIS) will be undergoing scheduled system maintenance starting 12:00 AM on April 9, 2025, until 12:00 AM on April 10, 2025. During this 24-hour period, the OLSPIS platform will be temporarily inaccessible and users will be unable to submit, process and access their local shipping permit applications online.
We strongly encourage all users to submit their Local Shipping Permit (LSP) applications in advance and make the necessary arrangements to ensure that any planned shipments are not affected by the downtime.
