LOOK: Logistics & Finance Management Center - South Western Mindanao conducted Troops Information & Education (TI&E) about Code of Conduct, facilitated by CG CDR ROY T BOLOLATO and Provost Marshall Unit.

The seminar aimed at strengthening and giving personnels idea on different grounds of moral and ethical conduct and the offenses that can severe their relationship to the service of country and to the mother unit. A code of conduct is a set of rules or guidelines that outlines expectations for behavior in a particular context, such as within an organization, community, or group. It serves as a framework to promote a positive and respectful environment by defining acceptable and unacceptable behaviors.

EARLIER TODAY: Logistics and Finance Management Center Southwestern Mindanao (LFMC-SWM) Participated the 1st Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) 2024 at UZ Campus, Upper Cabatangan Zamboanga City, today 25 March 2024.

LOOK: Coast Guard Logistics and Finance Management Center Southwestern Mindanao conducted its Zumba fitness activity at Cabatangan Basketball Court last thursday, 29 February 2024.

Zumba is a high-energy exercise that consolidates cardio and strength preparing. As you move to the beat of the music, you consume calories, work on cardiovascular wellbeing, and fabricate perseverance. The unique dance moves target different muscle gatherings, assisting with conditioning and fortify the body.

The said activity is one of the regularly scheduled event that aims to promote good health, endurance, and service readiness as both physical and mental fitness remains essential requirements in the performance of their duties as coast guardians.

LOOK: Logistics & Finance Management Center - South Western Mindanao conducted a two (2) days seminar workshop regarding Procurement and Management workshop facilitated by CG LT IRENE F ZAMORA, CG ENS FATIMA HELDES P KAHAL, CG ENS KENNETH D RAGADIO and CG ENS HENRY LORENZ J DACUMOS .

The seminar aimed at giving personnels idea on how the procurement process work and applied in the different scenarios. Procurement involes every activity involved in obtaining the goods and services a company needs to support its daily operations, including sourcing, negotiatingterms, purchasing items, receiving and inspecting good as necessary and keeping records of all the steps in the process.

Personnels of LFMC-SWM need to not only mentally but also be always physically fit as they continue their duties and reponsibilities to support their mother unit and become an asset to the organization.

LOOK: Logistics and Finance Management Center Southwestern Mindanao Conducted its weekly field day in order to keep and maintain clean and green surroundings.

This practice has always been done initiatively by its personnel voluntarily for the protection, preservation and enhancement of the environment. Cleanliness needs to be promoted for the sake of hygiene and health for the personnels doing their job to serve its mother unit.

Personnels of LFMC-SWM Enjoyed their christmas party and recreational activities that boost their morale and welfare as they continue their duties and reponsibilities to support their mother unit and become an asset to the organization.
