The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay San Roque proudly supports the Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines (PYAP) – Barangay San Roque in the implementation of its "Empowering Young Mothers" community outreach project.

We recognize the strength, courage, and resilience of young mothers in our barangay. At such a young age, they carry the responsibility of nurturing life while also facing challenges that many of us may never fully understand. This is why initiatives like this matter — because no one should go through it alone.

Through this program, PYAP San Roque aims to extend essential assistance to five teenage mothers from the community — one from each of the Five Zones of Barangay San Roque. The support collected will go directly to providing basic needs for both the mothers and their children through a house-to-house distribution of donated goods and essential items.

As your SK Council, we invite our fellow Kabataan, community leaders, organizations, and kind-hearted individuals to be part of this initiative. Whether through cash donations, in-kind contributions, or simply by sharing this post, your support can create ripples of hope in the lives of these young mothers and their children.

Let us remind our young mothers that they are seen, valued, and supported. Let us build a community that uplifts instead of judges, that empowers instead of shames.

Together with PYAP San Roque, the Sangguniang Kabataan Council remains committed to supporting programs that promote youth welfare, compassion, and inclusive community development. The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay San Roque officially launched SALIN KAKAYAHAN 2026: Learn-To-Play A Sport Program through its General Orientation and Opening Ceremony held on July 12, 2026 at the AVR of San Roque National High School.

The activity gathered a large number of registered youth participants who enrolled in Boxing, Archery, Pencak Silat, Athletics, and Softball. Coaches and trainers were also present to introduce the training program, schedules, and venues. Mr. Joshua Adam Tomoay, SK Secretary, served as the emcee, while Mr. Rubert Dela Cruz, SK Treasurer, presented the program overview, including the coaches, training schedules, training time, and designated venues.

Also in attendance were Hon. Danhill Daniles, SK Chairperson; Mrs. Edwina Galo, Principal of San Roque National High School; Hon. Recia Mae Talon, Hon. Robert John Herrera, Hon. Rica Dagalea, together with the members of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay San Roque.

The launch marks the beginning of a month-long sports development initiative aimed at promoting discipline, sportsmanship, and youth empowerment in Barangay San Roque.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay San Roque, headed by Hon. Danhill J. Daniles, SK Chairperson, Hon. Nedszar Hadjikain, SK Member, alongside the SK Secretary and SK Treasurer, officially posted the SK Full Public Disclosure (SKFPD) Policy Board for the 2nd Quarter of Calendar Year 2026 on July 7, 2026, at the San Roque Barangay Hall.

In compliance with Republic Act No. 10742, as amended by RA 11768, and DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2023-068, the SKFPD Policy Board includes essential documents such as the Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan (CBYDP), the Annual Barangay Youth Investment Plan (ABYIP), the Quarterly Register of Cash in Bank (RCB), Monthly Itemized Lists (MIL), and other relevant financial and operational reports for the second quarter of C.Y. 2026.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay San Roque, headed by Hon. Danhill J. Daniles, SK Chairperson, actively participated in the General Parents-Teachers Association (GPTA) Meeting and Presentation of School Programs and Projects held at the Audio Visual Room (AVR) of San Roque National High School on June 26, 2026.

The activity served as an avenue for parents, school officials, and community stakeholders to discuss programs and initiatives that support quality education and student welfare. Also present were Hon. Josiebelle Madorhon, Punong Barangay, and Hon. Benjie Diones, Barangay Kagawad.

During the event, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay San Roque was elected as the Co-Chair of the GPTA, strengthening its partnership with the school community.

The SK also extends its heartfelt thanks to School Principal Ma'am Edwina Galo for the invitation and the opportunity to be part of this meaningful gathering.
