Civil Service Commission (CSC) Chairperson Atty. Marilyn B. Yap joined the opening ceremonies of the 23rd ASEAN Cooperation on Civil Service Matters (ACCSM) and the 8th ACCSM+3 Heads of Civil Service Meeting in Siem Reap, Cambodia. Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet welcomed the heads of civil service from the ASEAN+3 member countries during the opening program.

Hosted by the Ministry of Civil Service of Cambodia, the 23rd ACCSM convenes civil service leaders from the ASEAN+3 countries under the theme, "𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆," to advance regional collaboration and strengthen public sector excellence.

A key milestone of the meeting is the adoption of the ACCSM and ACCSM+3 Work Plans 2026–2030, which will serve as the strategic framework for enhancing regional cooperation and driving innovation in civil service development across ASEAN and its Plus Three partners.

Moreover, you are required to bring the following:
☑️ 𝗜.𝗗. 𝗖𝗔𝗥𝗗 (original) - preferably the same I.D. card presented during the filing of application. If I.D. card has no date of birth, examinees should also bring original copy of Birth Certificate issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority, or the Local Civil Registry.
☑️ Only 𝗕𝗟𝗔𝗖𝗞 𝗕𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗣𝗘𝗡/𝘀 shall be used in the examination. Any other kinds of pen such as gel pen, sign pen, fountain pen, friction pen, etc., including other colors of ball pen, are not allowed.

In addition, you may also bring the following:

Kasabay nito, nananawagan ang CSC sa mahigit dalawang milyong lingkod bayani na patuloy na makiisa at sumuporta sa pagpapatupad ng mga programa at proyekto ng pamahalaan para sa kapakanan ng sambayanang Pilipino.
Sama-sama nating isulong ang serbisyong publikong mahusay, matapat, makabayan, at may malasakit—na may Puso, Dangal, at Galing. Para sa bayan.
