The air was filled with anticipation and ambition as the pioneering and incoming 4th Year Bachelor of Public Administration (BPA) students gathered for their highly anticipated Pre-Orientation Practicum. This milestone event marked the official beginning of their transition from the classroom to the frontlines of public service and governance. ๐๏ธโจ
The pre-orientation was discussed and facilitated by the ๐๐ผ๐น๐น๐ฒ๐ด๐ฒ ๐๐ฒ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฑ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฆ๐๐๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐๐ผ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ป๐ฎ๐๐ผ๐ฟ, ๐๐๐๐ถ๐๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ณ๐ฒ๐๐๐ผ๐ฟ ๐๐ฒ๐ฑ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ธ ๐ฆ. ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐น๐ฎ on May 15, 2026 at CPADS GF. The session was designed to introduce the BPA students to the necessary preparations for their On-the-Job Training (OJT), including the expenses for uniforms, nameplates, and their official design. In addition, the expected schedules and partner agencies of WMSU-CPADS, where the students will be deployed, were also presented. He further emphasized the importance of understanding organizational hierarchies and mastering administrative efficiency as part of their preparation for the practicum journey ahead. ๐บ๏ธ๐

As these pioneering Sentinel students prepare to enter various government offices, they carry with them not only their academic knowledge but also a renewed sense of purpose. The Pre-Orientation was not merely about rules and regulations; it was also about fostering the confidence and professionalism needed to become the next generation of effective public administrators. ๐

Furthermore, the council emphasized its identity as the โHome of Good Governance,โ carrying the values and principles of transparency, accountability, and participative governance.๐๏ธโ๏ธ
