𝙀𝙢𝙥𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙎𝙠𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙨, 𝘾𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙊𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨! 💅

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Patalon successfully conducted the Basic Nail Care Services Livelihood Training, spearheaded by the SK Chairperson Hon. Shaira C. Asandi, and the Committee Chair on Livelihood Hon. Trixie-mae De Leon, in Partnership with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) RTC-IX, equipping our youth with practical skills that can open doors to livelihood and future opportunities.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our Trainer Ma'am Fenella O. Cariño from TESDA RTC-IX, for sharing her skills and knowledge to our youth. To our very own, active barangay kagawad Hon. Oliver S. Macaso for sharing his message about the importance of perseverance, dedication and about grabbing opportunities for livelihood for the future of the youth. To Ma'am Analyn Saavedra for letting us borrow small chairs to be utilized in the training, To our Punong Barangay, Hon. Edelyn B. Adriano for the support to the SK Council, To Ma'am Letty Enriquez, for letting us use her space temporarily to ensure that all of our things will stay in place and will not be lost. Lastly, to all the participants who dedicated their time and enthusiasm to make this activity a success, your willingness to learn and grow is truly inspiring.

May the knowledge and skills gained from this training serve as a stepping stone toward financial independence, entrepreneurship, and personal development.

Together, let us continue building a community of empowered, skilled, and productive youth. 🩷

The Sangguniang Kabataan is inviting all interested ALS Learners aged 15–30 years old of Barangay Patalon to join our Livelihood Training on Nail Care Services.

This training aims to equip participants with practical skills and knowledge in:

• Basic manicure and pedicure
• Proper nail care and sanitation
• Nail polishing and simple nail art
• Customer service and livelihood opportunities

📍 Exclusively for ALS Learners (15–30 years old)
📅 Limited slots available, 15 participants only

On May 31, 2026, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Patalon successfully conducted the SK ProsperEd 2026 at the Patalon Court. This program is to recognize and alleviate the financial burdens of students by providing tangible support to the in-school youth while reinforcing the importance of education.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Patalon, headed by the SK Chairperson, Hon. Shaira C. Asandi, and Committee Chair on Education, Hon. Cherie S. Sabaitan, provided essential school kits to 200 in-school youth. These beneficiaries were selected from various academic levels: 60 students from Junior High School, 50 from Senior High School, 60 college students, and 30 Alternative Learning System (ALS) learners.

This initiative stands as a testament to SK Council's collective dedication to fostering a brighter and educated future for its young citizens.

To all individuals who registered through the link for the PROSPER-ED Beneficiaries, please be informed that there are 15 school kits that remain unclaimed. After careful deliberation, the Council has decided to allocate these school kits to students who have not yet received assistance based on the registration records.

𝐀𝐯𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 26, 2024!

GUIDELINES:
• Open to all enrolled students and a bona fide resident of Barangay Patalon
• Services should be done walk-in from 10:00am-4:00pm weekdays, and 1:00pm-4:00pm for Saturday only.
• We will be catering 20 pages per head per day.
• Files should be send/transferred via Bluetooth devices or. We will not allow flash drives.
• Files should be in “PORTABLE DOCUMENT FORMAT” (pdf)
• Look for any SK Officials or SK Staff assigned for the day.

WHAT TO BRING:
• Valid School ID
• Any recyclable plastic bottles. (at least 2pcs)

Note:
• This a free printing and income generating program.
• All proceeds from the sale of plastic bottles will also be utilized to fund of printing project.
