ZAMBOANGA CITY — ZCFD EMS Ambulance responded to a vehicular accident along Maria Clara Lorenzo Lobregat Highway, Zamboanga City.

The EMS team arrived at around 12:58 p.m. EMS personnel attended to two (2) patients who were found seated, conscious, alert, responsive, and oriented, with visible injuries sustained during the incident.

A comprehensive patient assessment was conducted. Appropriate pre-hospital care was rendered, including wound care for multiple abrasions and burn injuries, as well as continuous monitoring throughout the response.

Vital signs were obtained and recorded for both patients. They were subsequently transported to a medical facility for further evaluation and management.

ZAMBOANGA CITY — ZCFD EMS Ambulance responded to a vehicular accident at Camins, Zamboanga City.

The EMS team arrived at around 02:12 a.m. EMS personnel attended to one patient with a head injury and an altered level of consciousness following the incident.

A comprehensive patient assessment was conducted. Appropriate pre-hospital care was rendered, including bleeding control through wound dressing, continuous monitoring, and further assessment inside the ambulance.

Vital signs were obtained and recorded. The patient was subsequently transported to a medical facility for further evaluation and management.
